SOME RULES FOR YOUR STAY IN APARTMENTS

WELCOME TO VENICEWE HOPE THAT YOU’LL ENJOY A REALLY NICE STAY IN OUR CITY, AND WE LIKE TO SHOW YOU SOME SIMPLE RULES FOR MAKING YOUR STAY MORE COMFORTABLE.- THE GARBAGE: RECYCLING SCHEDULE IN VENICE. All items must be placed outside of the front door of your apartment building BEFORE 8.00 IN THE MORNING: Those who leave garbage out too late or too early will be subject to city-imposed fines.The following is a schedule of the pick-up days for the garbage and recycling:SUNDAY——– Nothing

MONDAY——- Regular Garbage

TUESDAY—— Paper and Cardboard and Regular Garbage

WEDNESDAY— Glass, Plastic, Cans and Regular Garbage

THURSDAY—– Regular Garbagr

FRIDAY——— Paper and Cardboard and Regular Garbage

SATURDAY—— Glass, Plastic, Cans and Regular Garbage

- The Venetian silence emphasizes every annoying noise. If you try to adapt yourself to this atmosphere you will tune yourself with the spirit of Venice and you will feel in harmony with you.

- During your stay you will surely feel at home in this apartment, so please take care of it as if it was you real home. If you cause damages, even if evert small, please inform us timely.

- Arriving to Venice every guest meets one of our operators; you may contact him for whatever problem about the apartment. We’ll do everything possible to solve it. If the customer requests the visit of our personnel during his/her sojourn for no serious or necessary reason, Venice Holidays shall be authorised to charge 40 euros for every call out.

- We deliver you a clean and tidy apartment: please give it back in the same conditions. If the cooking surface at checkout is found not to be property cleaned, Venice Holidays will debit the customer’s credit card for an amount of 40 euros.

- Please use the heating (in winter) and the air conditioning ( in summer) within reasonable limits ( 20°in winter, 24°- 26° in summer). We’ll compare meter readings of the time of your arrival with those before your departure. If you want more warm in winter and more cool in summer, you have to pay the difference before your departure ( usually 10.00 euros for day).

- Please pay attention to the apartment’s keys, if you lose them you have to pay 70.00 euros.
